Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Limited parking is available at 1008 Tremont, one mile from 1387 Washington Street, at $375 per month. Parking is on a first come first serve basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. After your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a contract to review and sign, outlining the basic house rules. There is a $150 lost key fee.
