Cheap rent Cute Apartment

I moved in last January, and put the deposit down right away. Hard wood floors, wood Built-in cabinets, and very spacious bedrooms. The neighborhood is also cute, just a block away from the YMCA, and two minutes to 35. The management company is responsive to my concerns. One of the owners have me his cell phone number and told me to call if I needed anything. So far he has lived up to that promise. I've texted on a few issues in the home, and received a call from the office the next day. I would love it if they had a way to pay the rent on-line. They pay water/heat/sewer/trash, so my out of pocket expense for utilities is low. Just Electric and cable. So far, my biggest bill for two people is $40. The heat comes from a radiator fed by a boiler. I never turned mine on this winter, and my apartment was still nice a warm. The laundry facilities need some love. There's only two mid sized washers and two full sized dryers. Both coin operated. I take my laundry off site to a place that takes credit cards. They need to do some serious updating to the common area hallways and walls. Overall this apartments value is good for what we are paying each month. If I didn't plan on getting a dog I would stay another year.
