(206) 816-4808 - 2 BD with Many Updates! - New remodeled bathroom. First floor (parking level access) This units is clean, comfortable, and pleasant to live in. Great onsite manager with a great management company. We have two laundry rooms, one on each floor for easy un-crowded access. We do not have an elevator at our building. Reserved uncovered parking for each unit is included free at this time. LOCATION: We are close to many stores and bus lines, the U.W., Downtown, etc. Walk to Fred Meyer, Wallgreens, QFC, Starbucks, Safeway and just about every specialty shop you can think of. 7-11, McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, Papa Murphy's. Walk to American, Thai, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Chinese restaurants just to name a few. Come enjoy the diversity and cultures of Lake City. SCREENING: Screening is $40 per adult. Some of the things screening looks at is your credit score, income to debt ratio (income should be 2.5 times the rent), collections on record and landlord tenant collections, other screening criteria, and criminal history as allowed by law. Using a statistical model, creditors compare information on your credit profile, such as your bill-paying history, number and type of account you have, late payments, collections, actions, outstanding debt, rental history, and the age of the accounts, to the credit performance of consumers with similar profiles. 2. Any recorded unlawful detainer, unpaid collections, open bankruptcies or judgments may result in denial of application. 3. Employment must be verifiable for no less than one year. Income must be documented with current pay stubs, tax records or bank statements. Non-employment income should be verified through tax records and bank statements. If you are a full-time student, we will require a co-signer. If you do not have an SSN # we will require first & last month’s Rent, plus a total deposit equal to 1 months rent. 4. Applications are processed in the order they were received. An application is considered complete when it contains all required information and documents listed by the landlord to conduct the screening, as well as payment of any screening fee and holding deposit required by the landlord 5. Income Requirement: 2.5x the rent amount monthly. Co-Signer Income Requirement: 4x the rent amount monthly. Neighborhood

Located about eight miles north of Downtown Seattle, the area of Lake City was once a railroad stop. It was named in 1906 and quickly developed into a suburb of Seattle. During Prohibition, the area was unincorporated. So when Seattle joined Prohibition, Lake City supplied the roadhouses and speakeasies barred from the nearby city. Lake City became a Seattle neighborhood in the mid-1950s. With Lake Washington as the neighborhood’s sparkling gem, residents are rediscovering this northern neighborhood.

Lake City stretches from the lake to roughly 15th Avenue in North Seattle. While the speakeasies are long gone, there are several popular destinations along Lake City Way, including HellBent Brewing Company Elliott Bay Public House & Brewery, Brother Barrel, and 2C Thai.
