The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, two queen-size beds in the first room, two queen-size beds in the second room, a sofa bed in the living room, and two bathrooms. Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Relax and unwind in our welcoming pool area. Wristbands are required for access and are available for $10 per day, which includes two wristbands. Only these two will be provided. You will be located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will also have the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. Walking distance to Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice, which will generate an additional cost. A damage waiver fee is included in the reservation for accidental property damage, but it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. A party on the property incurs a $300 fine. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them.
