Parking is available for $20 per night, with only one parking spot included. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will incur an additional cost. The pool is available daily from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. The HVAC system operates seasonally, with heating available from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Washcloths are not provided, and lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional fee. This apartment is remote work-friendly, featuring a comfortable set-up with Wi-Fi to ensure productivity during your stay. A laptop computer is not included.
