- Live Close to Downtown Denver with Backyard and Central AC! - Available for 1 year lease! The property features a lovely front porch and a landscaped front yard surrounded by a fence. The living room is spacious, with an exposed brick accent wall. The fireplace in the living room is decorative. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a gas stovetop. Countertops are granite, and there is plenty of cabinet space for storage. The bedroom on the main level has an en-suite bathroom, one walk-in closet space, and a second closet. Two bedrooms upstairs feature sizeable closets and an updated bathroom with double vanity. The second level also features a small landing area. As you walk towards the backyard, there is additional built-in storage for dry goods and a stackable washer/dryer. The backyard is a cozy way to enjoy Summer weather or a cup of coffee on the porch. The property has Central AC to stay cool during the summer as well! There is a detached 2-car garage located in the alley. HOW TO SCHEDULE A TOUR *The Zillow 'Request a Tour' and 'Request to apply' option are not currently available. *Please visit and click 'Available Properties' -OR- Google Search: Pioneer Property Management Denver and click 'Available Properties' APPLICATION DETAILS *Property Tour Required with at least 48hrs notice. *Water, sewer, stormwater, and trash removal will be included in rent for an additional $96/month. *Application fee is $65.00 per person (see application Terms of Agreement for details).
