One Bedroom studio apartment for Rent We have a newly remodeled spacious one bedroom studio apartment on the Lynn/Saugus line, in the Pine Hill Area. Apartment is newly remodeled and owner occupied. Kitchen has granite counter tops with a high chair area and lots of kitchen cabinet storage. It also includes one large closet and a good size bedroom closet. Apartment also has off street parking for one car and a laundry room on site. The apartment is located on a third floor, with a beautiful view. If you are looking for a quiet and safe neighborhood, this is it. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term place to call home. All utilities are included with the rent, which includes the heat, central air and gas. Rent is $1300 a month and a $1300 security deposit. The apartment is ideal for a couple . The apartment is available for viewing the first week of October and will be ready for move in on October 15th. The lease on this apartment is month to month, and not yearly.
