3 Corners West

This is the most wonderful place I have lived at lol. I have been here for decades and I love it here. I know you all heard about the tradgy we had at this property with the fire where 100 of families lost everything. Our prayers are with them. But everyone got out with their lives. Y'all we all was out there holding each other up during this difficult time. That is what we do at this property. It was amazing how fast Red Cross and our apartments managers made it here. They assist all the one's that lost everything and was confused as what to do next. Red Cross and the managers here eased there minds. They was placed in a safe place to live for the night. The next day the apartment managers and Red Cross was there to see everyone through the next journey of their lives. Food and water was there for all that wanted. For those that was not affected we were kept updated on when the lights will come back on. I can tell you no one I was around were complaining we were patiently waiting.

People take their trash out Fridays and stack up there trash and it sits outside all weekend and they have trash laying out in front of their door for months and they just walk over their trash and makes the complex look bad

Bastante tranquil, zona céntrica con acceso a transporte público y variedad de comida y lavanderías en muy buen estado y parqueos bajo techo

Giving it another chance because my daughter is starting to make friends. Theres alot to be improved on i dont need to say it. I do see improvments as well slowly

Bien bueno Todo agradable, todo bien, excepto de qué hay mucha suciedad en los pasillos y muchas moscas y el de la basura. A veces no pasa y no recoge la bolsa de basura, pero todo bien solamente que lo de mantenimientos tardan mucho en venirte hacer una reparación de tu departamento

Best management ever. Great communication, great service, very kind and professional. Carina is amazing.

3 Corners West has a very good maintenance team. They take care of issues in a timely manner.

At the moment I am unhappy about the parking because there's never any open spots. I feel hostage to one once I find it because once I leave there won't be any when I return

This apartment complex is a joke! I would never recommend anyone to move here ! There's so many issues and no one cares to listen or do anything about it it's crazy!

Overall living here is ok. Management is cooperative and listen to any issues you may be have. Tenants that live here need to have cleanliness in there minds and respects other people belongings. En general, vivir aquí es agradable. La administración es cooperativa y escucha cualquier problema que pueda surgir. Los inquilinos que viven aquí deben tener en mente la limpieza y respetar las pertenencias de los demás.

So far it’s nice not to noisy it feel pretty good living in this apartment I would recommend it also they have about 4 pool a gym to go work out and I think a conference room for meeting

Love this place friendly neighbor and staff also I feel more safe in this community then others a have stayd in and its close to almost every store walking distance

Very family friendly, safe, and super convenient to live so close to all of the stores like HEB, Kroger, Walgreens, etc.

Grate staff and grate apts no noise what so ever everyone minds their on business no problem with neighbors everyone one respects and parking is perfect

Carina is the nicest most helpful manager I've ever met, she's understanding and professional always. I am very happy living here. It's much better than my last place.

Management sucks, nobody answers the phone, my fist apartment had mold in the ac panel and water coming out of the baseboards. The only reason that I was moved into a new apartment was because I had to personally call and email Greystar Corporate. Live here at your own risk.

In my opinion is a good place to live. Obviously not perfect but is ok and affordable. The apartment is comfortable and well sized. We need more maintenance in the outside though and better streets. Also a scheduled poison control and more reliable one.

This is a wonderful, safe, family friendly community.

I like it here, it's quiet and everybody seems to be pretty chill. Any problems I've had they fixed almost immediately so no complaints from this end. The pool is nice too. Finally get to get in since it's warmer now, 9/10 for me.

Wouldn’t live here again , it may be cool for others but I don’t like how much maintenance was needed in a renovated home without even us in anything yet.

I love it here. It allows me access to not just my family who live up the road. It also allows me the safety of knowing that if I need medical assistance the fire department is so close by.

Karina was extremely helpful when my partner and I came to look at their complex. She answered all of our questions and was pretty quick to answer back regarding any others we had emailed about. All in all it was a great experience, and I'd absolutely recommend working with her if you're able too.

There is honestly too many things that break. Maintenance does their hardest to maintain it all. They do an awesome job. Managers here come and go so fast makes your head spin. They always try to enforce rules that haven't been enforced in years. More than half the residents have been here for years if not decades. The last 4 years the management have let just about anyone move in. It's sad. These apartments were good to live in, now as long as you don't stay too long you'll be good. These apartments are so old please remember that.

Hay muchos animales en la propiedad , no hay estacionamientos, hay gente con muchos carros estan subiendo el agua y nonhay seguridad hay mucha gente haciendo bulla

The community over all is okay.... the apartments don't care on any complaints nor concerns you will bring to their attention. The roaches are still a big issue & so so bad. They completely took over my whole pantry so all my food is on the small amount of counter space I do have . Just not a good experience

Ver good place ,love it here everything is well organized every one was so nice when I applied and they helped me throw everything and gave me the best options

Driveway is getting bad and a lot of cracks on the pavement that makes our car vulnerable to damaged the tire. The exit gate supposed to be close all the time but the office seems not paying attention and it will cause a car accident because some of the tenants trying to enter at the exit gate.

Cinthia is very sweet and helpful definitely has made the experience smooth sailing . The apartment had a very pleasant smell and was extremely clean which I appreciate very much.

People are so nice ..the place is clean..no issues at all and trash pick up is a bounse..they are always on top of things..very nice here love being here

Muy buena desde que me mudé todo muy bien limpio los pasillos y seguro lo que me gusta es q todo es con código para entrar recomendado muy bien lugar para vivir

The apartments are very nice ?? the personnel in the office are nice and very friendly ?? .. Pricing for the apartments are a good as well, can’t wait to lease and see how great the 3 corners west community is.

This is a wonderful, quiet, and friendly community. I really appreciated the front office assistance through the application to move-in and beyond process.

Property could be better maintained. Lots of random trash on property. I am still waiting on my windows to be replaced since Hurricane Beryl. Rules not enforced by management.

Amazing people and the work they did I love living here I love how everything is we feel at home and we love how we can make it our home and I love how they welcomed us

Been here two years and everything has been satisfactory. New managers got rid of the lazy ones and shows care and concern. Property can be better maintained (sewer back up) but over all no complaints. Fixes things in timely manner. The maintenance dude with the braids really the mvp!!

Although rent pricing and space is pretty good , everything is falling apart and there are so many roaches . I've never seen an infestation like it.

Manager is never around nor wants to talk to residents about issues and concerns in relation to the property. I been here for 2 years so far and it has dropped drastically in communication, cleanliness, etc.

Not a fan of having to pay for things I don’t use and don’t like that I need renters insurance to live here that should be a choice and don’t like how there’s already many problems in the house before I even got to se anything.

The resident in the apartment’s they’re kind and nice, they keep the area nice and clean, only Problem is when you walk out from your apartment it smells really bad after neighbors walk their dogs

I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you know what you’re getting yourself into, the staff is so unapologetically ignorant to the steps it takes to move out. They’re rude and feel like we’re wasting THEIR time all the while telling you that the documents that they given you to sign are wrong. Another thing is that the water and gates are constantly getting shut off, our plumbing was always an issues, the a/c doesn’t reach the bedrooms and when you report it they take forever to get it “fixed” only for us to call the handyman for what would be the 3rd-4th time in a row . Their negligence reflects on their rotating staff with them seeming more of a seasonal addition to this poorly ran establishment. Don’t come here unless you want a headache I’d put zero stars if I could
