I have lived here for 5 months. When I moved in my a/c and oven were broken. sadly, they are both still broken and the staff has not done anything about it. I had to keep calling the office to have my a/c fixed. they did not fix anything only gave me a a/c unit. now my light bill is through the roof because It gets hot in our apartment, and we need fans on to keep us cool. This was supposed to be good move for us, and it has been anything but that.

The amenities are great — the gym, washer and dryer locations, pools, and nearby parks are all really convenient. However, there is a noticeable amount of people smoking weed outside, which can make it less pleasant to walk around with kids. That said, the neighbors are friendly and the community overall feels welcoming.

This has continued to be the worst place iv ever made the mistake of leasing. Roaches, lies, lies, and more false promises. Always some bs never just pay your rent and live in peace

Hey there - our pleasure! Happy you had a great experience.
This is the most wonderful place I have lived at lol. I have been here for decades and I love it here. I know you all heard about the tradgy we had at this property with the fire where 100 of families lost everything. Our prayers are with them. But everyone got out with their lives. Y'all we all was out there holding each other up during this difficult time. That is what we do at this property. It was amazing how fast Red Cross and our apartments managers made it here. They assist all the one's that lost everything and was confused as what to do next. Red Cross and the managers here eased there minds. They was placed in a safe place to live for the night. The next day the apartment managers and Red Cross was there to see everyone through the next journey of their lives. Food and water was there for all that wanted. For those that was not affected we were kept updated on when the lights will come back on. I can tell you no one I was around were complaining we were patiently waiting.

People take their trash out Fridays and stack up there trash and it sits outside all weekend and they have trash laying out in front of their door for months and they just walk over their trash and makes the complex look bad

Overall living here is ok. Management is cooperative and listen to any issues you may be have. Tenants that live here need to have cleanliness in there minds and respects other people belongings. Management sucks, nobody answers the phone, my fist apartment had mold in the ac panel and water coming out of the baseboards. The only reason that I was moved into a new apartment was because I had to personally call and email Greystar Corporate. Live here at your own risk.

In my opinion is a good place to live. Obviously not perfect but is ok and affordable. The apartment is comfortable and well sized. We need more maintenance in the outside though and better streets. Also a scheduled poison control and more reliable one.

I like it here, it's quiet and everybody seems to be pretty chill. Any problems I've had they fixed almost immediately so no complaints from this end. The pool is nice too. Finally get to get in since it's warmer now, 9/10 for me.

Wouldn’t live here again , it may be cool for others but I don’t like how much maintenance was needed in a renovated home without even us in anything yet.

Karina was extremely helpful when my partner and I came to look at their complex. She answered all of our questions and was pretty quick to answer back regarding any others we had emailed about. All in all it was a great experience, and I'd absolutely recommend working with her if you're able too.

There is honestly too many things that break. Maintenance does their hardest to maintain it all. They do an awesome job. Managers here come and go so fast makes your head spin. They always try to enforce rules that haven't been enforced in years. More than half the residents have been here for years if not decades. The last 4 years the management have let just about anyone move in. It's sad. These apartments were good to live in, now as long as you don't stay too long you'll be good. These apartments are so old please remember that.

The community over all is okay.... the apartments don't care on any complaints nor concerns you will bring to their attention. The roaches are still a big issue & so so bad. They completely took over my whole pantry so all my food is on the small amount of counter space I do have . Just not a good experience

Driveway is getting bad and a lot of cracks on the pavement that makes our car vulnerable to damaged the tire. The exit gate supposed to be close all the time but the office seems not paying attention and it will cause a car accident because some of the tenants trying to enter at the exit gate.

Cinthia is very sweet and helpful definitely has made the experience smooth sailing . The apartment had a very pleasant smell and was extremely clean which I appreciate very much.

Property could be better maintained. Lots of random trash on property. I am still waiting on my windows to be replaced since Hurricane Beryl. Rules not enforced by management.

Been here two years and everything has been satisfactory. New managers got rid of the lazy ones and shows care and concern. Property can be better maintained (sewer back up) but over all no complaints. Fixes things in timely manner. The maintenance dude with the braids really the mvp!!

Although rent pricing and space is pretty good , everything is falling apart and there are so many roaches . I've never seen an infestation like it.

Manager is never around nor wants to talk to residents about issues and concerns in relation to the property. I been here for 2 years so far and it has dropped drastically in communication, cleanliness, etc.

Not a fan of having to pay for things I don’t use and don’t like that I need renters insurance to live here that should be a choice and don’t like how there’s already many problems in the house before I even got to se anything.
