Tenant pays their gas hot water and cooking. No pets or smoking. Conveniently located within one mile to the Green Line D train and around the corner from popular local taverns, post office, etc. Very convenient to rte 9, I95 and I90. The apartment was completely painted in 2020, after these pictures were taken. Sorry no pets.
