Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed and a twin trundle bed. The home also includes two bathrooms upstairs, one bathroom downstairs, and a laundry area. The property features a private driveway for 4 vehicles. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Service Animals are permitted at no extra cost. Guests are required to pick up after their pets and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee of $15 per hour, subject to availability, with a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee per hour. Located in the vibrant and central area of Salt Lake City, Midtown offers easy access to a variety of attractions. Explore the nearby Sugarhouse district or downtown SLC for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy beautiful parks and ski resorts just a short drive away. The neighborhood is friendly and well-connected, with convenient access to public transportation and major roads. Driving times to popular destinations include Park City - 35 min, Snowbird - 35 min, Alta - 38 min, Solitude - 36 min, and Brighton - 41 min. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and continue until sunrise. Guests can access the home using a unique door code. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, but no cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife encounters. A $30 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
