It's located at a quiet and safety neighborhood near Broadway in South boston, 10 minutes walk to redline T broadway station, and 3 minutes to No.9 bus station. Walking 5 min. to grocery store; Walking 10 min. to conventional center; Walking 10 min. to beach; 15 min. to seaport; about 20 min. to Boston Harbor, Downtown, China town etc. There are tremendous restaurants, pubs and stores nearby. It is also convenient ( taking T etc) to go to south station, airport, MGH etc. This is a two floor duplex condo. Two bed rooms, one bath at lower floor, and two bed rooms one bath at upper floor. Laundry on site. Central AC, Central heat, comfortable and safe. It has everything needed, all you need to do is to bring your suitcase. Heat, hot and electricity are not included in the rent.
