The Malcolm X at Junius Bus Stop is a 3-minute walk away. There is potential for residual noise from many different areas of the building. The DART Train Station is directly next to the building and will cause overnight turbulence, occasional horns, and noise. Smoking or open flames are prohibited and will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. Parties or events are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are allowed, and unauthorized extra guests will incur a fee.
