The doggy bags aren’t being refilled in a timely manner. The bags were once out for over a month. When I first moved here the guys would walk the grounds in the morning picking up and now the grounds are dirty very often. The noise level is still good. The gate is staying fixed and closed.
I love it here, i’ve been here close to two years now and I don’t choose on leaving anytime soon hehe I haven’t had any issues. I enjoy the area and the staff. Plus it’s animal friendly (:
Rent was pricey. AC keep breaking down for some reason. The pool has too many chemicals. But it’s alright I guess. It’s a nice apartment. I’d probably renew my lease.

The community is beautiful and the people seem nice. I had a few people welcome me to the community when I was moving in. Breanna was amazing when I spoke with her and she gave me a tour, as well as, kept me updated throughout the process of applying and being approved.

Have alot of issues with heating and cooling. House take too long to get warm making my electric bill high. Overall everything else i can't complain. Flexible with paying rent. Workers are nice

Safe environment and friendly staff. Respectful neighbors, unfortunately not everyone pick up after their dogs. Nor do the persuade their dogs to avoid urinating on the sidewalks. This has been an on going problem.

The apartment complex is very nice and calm. I appreciate that the maintenance crew cleans up the area but I also appreciate that my neighbors also pick up after themselves. I enjoy going to the gym they have here and the pool. I definitely recommend living here.

Sometimes it’s hard to get in touch with people in the office. Other than that the apartment is okay for the area it is in. I like that it’s close to the strip and Chinatown.

Nice complex, nice people... But the gate is still broken. They should repair it as soon as broken, we have been like that for more than two months.

Hello- We do apologize that the gate is inoperable. It does take some time to have it repaired and we're sorry that it's cause you any inconvenience. We do rely on an outside vendor to take care of it and they (and sometimes parts) aren't always available. A nice, safe and quiet community. The maintenance staff are friendly, greeting you when they see you. I really like that there is a secure parcel room for your packages to be delivered to.

Overall I love my apartment it's a nice size for my family. I enjoy the view from the patio. I haven't got to the gym yet but thats on my to do list. Also my next thing is to get to know the community

RUN! This is one of the most incompetent management teams i have ever experienced and you can thank me later...when you're happily renting at some superior property. The property itself is TRASH and if it weren't for the maintenance team, they'd probably have to go out of business. Do yourself a favor and lease somewhere else.

They make residents clean dirty moldy vents. Atrocious management. Check the new reviews. This place has gone down the drain because of the staff. Liars power tripping on their position/title. Fake apologies to reviews don’t fix anything. The pool is disgusting.

I’m moved in on 9/13 and the transition was smooth. Once I put in a maintenance request it didn’t take long for them to get to me and fix things. I like that there is security so there isn’t a lot of crazy issues you would run into like other apartment complexes. Having a unit with washer,dryer, microwave, fridge is a huge plus. And there is a laundromat in the complex!! The lux is one of the best places ti live right now

The office people are so nice and very understanding. Beautiful environment. Very quiet and relaxing place. A bit of a walk to the Main Street, but has a lot of stores all around.

Random poop from residents not picking up after their pets is still an issue. In our lease it states a resident will be charged an extra fee if they don’t pick up their pets poop and I hope this happens. Positive: Late into the night the complex is quiet. When sometime big is going on at the strip we can hear it onsite but it’s not too bad. I’d like to see the landscaping freshened up. I’ve lived here 2 years and haven’t seen the residents side of the complex get new mulch, or flowers, etc Maintenance has been hit or miss in way of getting things completed in a timely manner. However the guys are kind & professional. The bad apples the lived here are leaving, either on their own or with eviction notices and that helps the community. The lights at the carports are bright and working which helps with feeling safer. I’d like to see the gates working on a consistent basis. I have been a resident 2 years, I like it here.

Maintenance request has been ignored. The hvac unit above our apartment sounds like a helicopter landing on the roof. It’s directly above our bedroom. It shakes the walls, I can hear it wearing ear plugs. Maintenance hasn’t acknowledged my request to check it out a couple months ago.

There is nothing “Lux” about this property. Management failures get worse over time. Unresponsive to concerns and requests as usual. Hopefully they’ll at least ensure the gate gets fixed soon. The lock has been inoperable for about a month. It would also be nice if the drug paraphernalia wouldn’t be left laying around throughout the property. Presently there is a broken glass pipe sitting in a bush and it’s been there for a while. Just terrible.
