Property Ratings at 2810 Beauchamp
Quiet/clean area. Outside looks out dated but inside is fully renovated! HWY access and multiple local food spots. Private parking lot as well
Management is a revolving door and they constantly demand cashiers checks to pay rent. They also regularly charge for amenities that are no longer provided and refuse to remove them from your invoice. Like the previous reviewer mentioned, the pool is unmaintained. You can find a better place to live for cheaper.
This is a horrible, overpriced dump run by incompetent people. I moved in less than six months ago. In that time, there have been three different property managers, each less professional than the last, the maintenance crew has been totally replaced by one person (down from 2-3 guys), and this is the second time (two days now) that there is no hot water available to tenants, because the manager can't keep the boiler running. Also, the pool is basically an open sewer that hasn't been cleaned in weeks.
