Owners live on the main level with 2 cats but would only need to enter the basement for maintenance purposes. Separate private laundry room in a huge storage area in the basement with shelving, full size stacking washer/dryer, small stand-up freezer and mini fridge. It does not feel like a basement with ~1150 sq ft! Neighborhood pool open in the summer ($25 pool fob). $1000 deposit. Credit/Background check required – tenant pays the fee. No pets.
