About This Property

Welcome to your home away from home! Safety away from home is a top priority and you can get recharged here in your private -- and safe -- 11x14 furnished bedroom. The lower level is shared with only one other travelling medical or other professional. Rent is $1300 per month for a private bedroom plus the access to the shared common areas and all utilities and high-speed WIFI are included. The refundable security deposit is $1000. Partial months are billed at a per day rate basis based on occupancy The lower level is self-contained with a kitchen, living and eating area. The bedrooms are located on either end of the space for excellent privacy. The entire property is designated non-smoking (and drug-free) and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, safe, and drama-free. Please note that the lower level does tend to run a little cooler, so you may want to bring an extra sweater for dressing in layers. Plenty of blankets and radiant heat space heaters are available for your comfort. Please note that only approved / supplied heaters may be used due to safety issues and the high cost of utlities. This peaceful property is located just 25 minutes west of MSP International airport, and many Minneapolis area hospitals and medical centers. With a retreat-like, family neighborhood, it's quiet, clean, safe and affordable. The lower level shared suite is bright and spacious and it's a great place to get recharged! The house is located on a corner lot with almost an acre of park-like trees. Since the bedrooms are on the south / north ends of the space, there is plenty of privacy. Light-blocking curtains make it easy to sleep whenever you need to rest. The beds are new and the kitchen is fully stocked. The open floor plan brings comfortable access to the kitchen, living room area, and dining nook. There is one large bathroom and an over sized shower with great water pressure with lots of hot water in the heat-lamped shower area to enjoy when you need it. As a tenant, you'll also have the first option to renew your stay if your assignment contract is extended (based on availability and dates etc.). Naturally, as much notice as possible is always appreciated for planning purposes. There is onsite laundry that's shared on the main level. There is a huge south-facing deck you can use just off the laundry room. If you like to enjoy the outdoors, you can enjoy the large back yard with a relaxing fire pit and fire wood. There are walking trails and parks and lakes nearby for your recreation, as well as great restaurants and shopping. The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is close-by and open year-round. We take care of all the lawn care and snow removal as well as property maintenance requests as soon as possible. There are currently 3 short haired cats who live in the private upper floor and they do not go downstairs. The lower level has been pet-free for those of you who may have allergies. If you're looking for drama-free living and a home away from home, you'll have plenty of privacy and quiet. There is a female property manager who lives upstairs in the private space. A home security system with 24-7 monitoring is installed for safety. Let us take care of all the details for you so you really can get recharged during your assignment, and have plenty of energy to enjoy all the recreational events that Minneapolis and St. Paul has to offer.
