I love the potential of my place. I gave it 5 stars 3 years ago. Now I’m frustrated with the lack of care for some of the amenities that drew me here. The grills at the pool have been down for over a year and we’ve been promised they’d get fixed but it’s never happened. There’s much less communication from the office than previously on important things like changes in trash pickup due to holidays etc. I still love the security of living I this type of building and the handful of shops and restaurants downstairs are nice. I also like the security of the parking garage. Attention to anything that needs fixing is my apt is prompt so that’s a plus.

I have been here for over 2 years now! I love my apartment and have met a lot of really great people. Location is great for convenience to shopping, groceries, food, restaurants, pharmacy, and easy access to beltway. You do hear the highway, but that is only natural and you get to where you don't notice the common traffic unless you are thinking about it! I plan to live here for quite a while! The staff is awesome, maintenance and office, and is a very safe set up as far as the building structure design. With bad weather I feel safe in my apartment for most conditions and for extreme severe the parking garage is interior and reinforced so safest place to be in a really bad storm! Can't ask for more than that in an apartment!

I moved in to the apartment and all of my furniture, clothes, shoes started getting infested with mold. I had to move out to a different unit and get a new lease because my son was getting sick. I had to throw away many pieces of clothing and got a new dining table and couch set. I told the manager many times and nothing was done about it all they said was they were going to get in touch and it is about to be 3 months.

255 Assay started off very well when it first opened a few years ago. But recently, management seems to be lax on screening new residents. Group shouting matches and loud arguments at 3am are not uncommon. And our hallway constantly smells like marijuana, even though there is a strict "no smoking" policy.

It has been fun and easy to move into my new apartment! Entrance locations and the elevators are easily accessible so it makes the transferring of furniture and clothing, etc much better.

The staff here is awesome. They put together great events for us regularly to meet our neighbors and just have something different to do. The security of my apartment is top notch and the facilities (gym, pool etc) are fantastic!

I love living here. Being partially disabled, the staff is so accommodating and makes me feel like i am not a hindrance to anyone. I feel appreciated for being a tenant and making this my home. The apartments are beautiful and the maintenance staff is fantastic. Very friendly. It feels like home!

Just moved in but so far so good. We like the apartment and everyone is friendly. The restaurants are great. Already visited there a few times. The staff at the apartments are very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to take a dip in the pool.

I been living here for over a month and i love it, the pool is so nice and having the girls by the pool is a very nice accommodation.The staff is very professional, and the maintenance team is very quick to solve your problems.

I overall like my apartment! The view is pretty nice…every so often my neighbor upstairs plays loud music after 10 pm; however, the courtesy officer handles it IMMEDIATELY! Needs some touch ups, but it’s good to go!
