If you are looking to explore outside of Woodley Park, the nearby neighborhoods of Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle are within proximity and add many additional restaurants and points of interest of their own. There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). A household gross income equal to or exceeding three-times (3x) the monthly rent is preferred. The minimum lease term is for one year. The security deposit is equal to one month's full rent. Tenants are responsible for paying for the electric utility and cable/internet (if desired). Tenants are responsible for paying $500 of the condo moving fee (Landlord will pay the other $500 portion). Pets will be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, as well as a refundable $200 condo pet deposit per pet (two pets maximum per unit).
