We are looking for someone interested in taking over the lease to our beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the Haven of Ann Arbor community. This first floor, spacious end unit is fully upgraded with granite countertops, brand new appliances, plenty of storage (including walk-in closets in both bedrooms), lots of natural light, and a very pretty view of the pond and neighborhood walking path. Community is close to the Matthei Botanical Gardens and the Huron River, and is surrounded by many of Ann Arbor's scenic walking trails. Quick and easy access to US-23. Community amenities include: Clubhouse Billiards room Pool and grills Bark Park 24-hour fitness center Business center Responsive on-site maintenance Friendly staff/lots of social events Anyone interested in this unit will just need to sign on with Haven of Ann Arbor to take over the current lease which runs until July 22, 2019. Then you would have the option to renew. Haven might even be willing to write a longer term for you up front if asked. We are somewhat flexible with the move-in date. Scio dates back to 1835, but the reason behind the name is a mystery. The early township records were destroyed in a fire, so the reasons the name was chosen remain a mystery. Some believe it is named for the Greek island of Chios -- the town was apparently named shortly after the US established diplomatic relations with Greece after their War of Independence, which ended in 1830. However it was named, Scio is one of the largest towns in the county and is situated west of Ann Arbor. Its location along the Huron River makes Scio a popular destination, offering beautiful riverfront parks.
