This townhome offers a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring Washington and St. George. This townhome comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of room for families, golf groups, and extended stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware and essentials, a large kitchen island with seating, and a dining area for meals and gathering together. The comfortable living room features a Smart TV and Roku. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the BBQ grill. Guests can unwind in the private hot tub on the balcony or enjoy the community pool and hot tub, located just a short walk away. Access to a clubhouse and fitness center is also available. Ping pong and foosball are available for entertainment. Walking and biking trails are nearby. Located in Coral Canyon, this townhome is less than 1 mile from Coral Canyon Golf Course, 7 miles from Sky Mountain Golf Course, 8 miles from Green Spring Golf Course, 10 miles from Sand Hollow Golf Resort and Sand Hollow Reservoir, and 9 miles from St. George. Zion National Park is 25 miles away. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. A $75 service fee will be charged if a member of the host's team is dispatched to assist with lockouts. We provide an initial supply of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents.
