Gas stove and fridge in the kitchen. • The house comes unfurnished or with a bed, a table and a beautiful credenza. • WIFI, SWB, and Entergy included (if used reasonably) • Yard maintenance and one monthly "maintenance" cleaning a month included in rent! WHO YOU ARE: • A clean and respectful person/couple/couple of friends who have steady income, is/are mindful of the neighbors, and ideally doesn't wear shoes in the house. • The additional room is perfect if you are a musician, a dancer, or a crafter! • You can provide 2-3 references from previous landlords and proof of income. 1-year lease, renewable.
