The welcoming living area includes a sofa bed and a large TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and in-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Parking is available, but please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The garage gate closes at 11:00 PM, and we are not responsible for towed vehicles. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damages up to $300 per stay if reported during your stay. Additional fees apply for violations, including a $250 fee for lost FOB/access cards, a $200–$300 fee for lost parking tags, a $300 fine for smoking inside the unit, and a $300 fine for unauthorized parties or gatherings. These policies are in place to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests.
