Guest screening is required for the safety of all residents and guests, and the building requires a brief screening before check-in. If the screening is not approved or not completed, your reservation will be canceled. Pool access is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM for $10 per person per day, with wristbands required for entry. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines, with heating fully active from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. One parking space is included with your stay, and vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with late check-out available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional cost. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay, with unintentional damage covered up to $300 per stay. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 fee, and lost parking tag incurs a $200–$300 fee based on building rates.
