Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos, as there are multiple units available. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Located in the heart of Cincinnati’s lively Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, this apartment blends historic character with modern comfort. Just steps from trendy shops, acclaimed dining, and vibrant nightlife, it places you right in the middle of the city’s energy and charm. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for any violations. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
