About This Property

A superb 2.5 bedroom (formerly owners) unit. Located near Victory field, and within 1/2 mile to Watertown Sq or Mt Auburn street for public transportation. This apartment has a large living room with fireplace and a large formal dining room with built ins, pocket door and beautiful natural wood. The eat in kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen slider leads to a deck and nice yard. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with linen closets along with a full bath. The two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a dressing room/walk in closet and has its own entrance in to the full bath. There is an additional room which could be used as an office. All windows have been replaced and the home is heated by gas. There are two parking spaces provided. A well behaved dog will be considered. No Smoking!
