If looking for a nice place to live, come on over to Liberty Bay Club..you will not regret it, if have everything you need, from weight room, lounge pool and the apartment itself is beautiful with plenty of place.
Liberty Bay Club is a beautiful community. My apartment is beautiful and spacious, it also has so much storage space. I love all of the amenities the building has to offer and can't wait until the weather is nice so that I can utilize the outdoor amenities, as well.
So far my experience living at Liberty Bay Club has been great ! Everyone seems fairly nice and respectful to neighbors.
The maintenance staff is second to none! They’re always quick and efficient with service requests! Joseph C (one of the maintenance technicians)is the BEST!!! As for the apartment complex… I have been robbed twice in less than a year, elevator was out of service for MONTHS, “luxury apartments” is a HUGE stretch as the apartments are meh for the cost of rent, my neighbor is super loud and management has done NOTHING about it, so there’s that.
My children and I love our new apartment!! No complaints and the office/maintenance team are awesome!
I'm new to the community and truly enjoying my new home. I appreciate the amenities and the thought that went into the layout. I just used the gym for the first time and it was great. I appreciate that it is dog friendly here, and there is a trail behind the buildings to enjoy. Love the view of the water! The maintenance team is professional/friendly and efficient. This was an excellent choice!

Liberty Bay Club is not just a community it’s a family. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the building is well kept. You will not be disappointed moving here!!
The staff at liberty bay club only pretend to care about you to get your signature on the lease, but once you’ve in they treat you like you and your needs as a resident don’t matter. The community policies are violated with no consequences. The electrical system is faulty, staff lie to residents with impunity and the hallways constantly reeks of marijuana.
Getting my lease and took a bit of a longer than I expected but the leasing team, particularly Jason, was very helpful throughout. Since moving in, the maintenance team has also been very responsive and helpful in addressing any issues raised. So far I’m comfortable and have no complaints and I’m glad I made the decision to move here.
Liberty Bay Club is a lovely property, however property management needs to do a better job with upkeep and maintenance.
Liberty Bay Club is an amazing complex run by an even better front office. They are incredibly responsive, communication is always consistent and the grounds are very clean and always in order. The building is secure with multiple levels of check-in (front doors, garage, and of course personal units and all common areas requiring security keys). This place is like no other in the area and should be at the top of your list!
Since living here I’ve experienced both good and bad. But that’s everywhere you go if it’s an assistant apartment, due to the close proximity of neighbors. But over all LIB is a great community and that’s why I’ve stayed as long as I did.

Liberty Bay Club looks great at first glance, but I can’t recommend anyone live here. Management does not care about the residents, parking is a nightmare, amenities like the shuttle are insufficient and uncomfortable, and the building itself was poorly designed.
I really enjoy living at liberty bay club but I feel the rules of when I first moved in that made it a top notch isn’t enforced.
If you enjoy the horrible smell of weed, then Liberty Bay Club is the place for you. If you have children, look elsewhere.
Once again issues continue here. Management is only focused on filling up the property. With so many competitors opening in the area, there are better options. Disappointed continues here! Lastly, the apartments are not sound proof, you can hear everything.
