Feel at home in this ultra-modern and recently updated 3.5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the chic Sugarhouse District of Salt Lake City. This entire living space is above ground, offering bright and airy rooms. This unique residence has been completely renovated and modernized. The main floor features two bright bedrooms, and the second floor boasts a huge bedroom with 7 windows. Each floor has its own full bathroom, and the modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook full meals. The master bedroom has high ceilings and an attached bonus dormer room, perfect for lounging and movie watching with its low ceiling, lounge pillows, and thick rug. Free off-street parking is available for two vehicles, along with unlimited free street parking. Dogs are welcome with a $99 pet fee each. A travel crib, baby high-chair, and a self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit are available free of charge upon request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided for $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge upon advance request. Situated in an extremely safe and walkable neighborhood, this home is just 2 blocks from the center of the Sugarhouse shopping district, filled with unique restaurants, shops, boutiques, and art studios. It's a quick 8-minute drive or bus ride to downtown Salt Lake City, with easy access to both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. An inexpensive bus system serves the valley, with several bus stops conveniently located near the home. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is a very old house, updated and in excellent shape, but it is an old house nonetheless. Dogs are welcome, but NO CATS ALLOWED. Any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Convention rates and holidays will override standard rates. Rates fluctuate automatically based on supply and demand, but will be locked in at the time of payment. Check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival. Check-in instructions are sent 2 days before arrival. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes. The video game console does not come with games. No outdoor commercial hot tubs may have anyone in them past 10 PM, with a $250 fine for violation. No children under 18 permitted in hot tubs without adult supervision, and no children under 8 are allowed at any time. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in. The hot tub temperature should not exceed 100 degrees when not in use. Guests may find trash from prior guests in the curbside trash cans. Unfinished laundry from prior guests may also be present. Smoking is not allowed inside the house at any time. If smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of in a can and cooled before placing in the trash. Violating smoking rules will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and potential cleaning fees. No lights are to be left on when out of the house, except for security lights. Guests agree to get permission from the homeowner before allowing additional people onto the property beyond the number of people the home sleeps. Any misconduct resulting in premature dismissal will result in forfeiture of remaining fees and responsibility for physical damages. Includes ultra high-speed Wi-Fi. [SI]
