There are countless bars, restaurants, and coffee shops a few blocks away as well as numerous parks. Rock Creek Park is just north of Adam's Morgan which has some of the best trails around. Dupont Circle, U-Street, and Woodley Park Metro Stations are all close by and Harris Teeter and Trader Joe's are the closest grocery stores. This property is also located half a block from the 90, 96 and X3 metro bus lines and two blocks from the 42, 43, H1 and L2 metro bus lines. The two nearest gyms include Mint and VIDA Fitness.
