About This Property

Owner occupied 2 family house. First floor rental. Bright sunny open floor plan unit available. 2 bedrooms with hardwood floors and closet space. 1 full bath with large linen closet. Bright and sunny eat in kitchen with gas stove, above stove microwave, and brand new fridge. Tons of cabinets and storage including pantry and wall hook up for TV.. DIsherwasher included but owner will not replace if no longer functional while tenant occupies the premises. Basement access off the kitchen to washer and dryer which are included and fully functional and free to use however we will not maintain appliances and are there as a courtesy. Tenant is free to bring in any replacement is needed. Open plan living/dining room space with bay window and lots of light, hardwood floors and fireplace, however it is not a functional fireplace Fan/lighting unit in the living and dining room area. Updated light fixtures throughout. Tenant will have access to front porch area only. Back porch, yard and driveway are not available. Ample street parking is available without resident parking permit needed. No smoking inside the unit. First and last month's rent up front. Location is in walking distance to mail street and stores as well as bus stops and Target shopping plaza off of Salem St. Playground is also location one street over. Credit check and references will be requested. Currently having walls painted and updating lighting fixtures. Currently accepting requests for showings starting Tuesday November 1st. Email or messages to set up a viewing. Goal is to rent by Nov 1st or 15th. May become a Dec 1st start depending on how quickly applications and paperwork is processed. May have some viewings available Tues and Thursday of this upcoming week. Weekend viewings preferred. Open for viewing on weekend starting Nov 5th and 6th, all day showings beginning at 11am to 5pm.
