It is a 2b/2b apartment. Official rent is $1100/month, now with special offer is $745/month, utilities not included. You can move in anytime, lease till July 31th, 2017 then you can renew. Address is :1801 N. 10 St. - you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. - furniture included. If you don't want it, building can take them away. - shared living room and kitchen. - downstairs is regional train line, Temple University station and police station. - 5 min walk to Temple U main campus, within campus bus route. - free street parking - 24 hr front desk, etc Current resident is a female graduate student in Temple and her requirements for new roommate as follow: 1. No smoking of any kind in the apartment, including weed. 2. No pets. 3. Keep the kitchen and living room clean. Clean up after cooking. 4. No loud parties. Ideally, quiet hours starting at 11pm. Special rate is only for room 306 since one of the tenant broke the lease.
