The kitchen has nice countertops as well as plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen opens up to the large living room featuring a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony. All utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant. Washer and dryer are included. Sorry no pets. This property is proudly managed by PMI Parker. COM All advertised rent prices include a benefits package that includes an HVAC filter replacement plan, resident liability insurance coverage, access to a tenant portal allowing you multiple ways to pay rent, as well as access to a 24/7 emergency maintenance number. The portal charges a $2.95 fee each time a rent payment is made via ACH. Other payment options are available but may require higher fees. (Credit Card, cash, etc). There is a $45 non-refundable application fee for each adult that applies. Once applicant passes screening, they will be required to pay a full month rent to hold the property. First and last months rent may be required depending on screening results. A security deposit equaling one-month rent is due to lease the property.
