For rent is a terrific 2BR/2BA condo in the amazing North Cap Hill/Uptown neighborhood. This apartment is rented by the owner. The shower and bathtub in each bathroom have recently been completely updated. Most of the appliances are new within the last two years (stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer - fridge will be replaced soon). Apartment perks: Top floor, balcony (south facing), natural light, amazing walking score. PARKING! You will have TWO designated spots. One is in the parking garage and the other is off street outside the building but you have the good fortune of that space being a) 3/4ths covered and b) being right next to the door to enter the building. HUGE WALK-IN CLOSETS (owner recently redid the shelving in both of them, see photos). Great entertainment potential with the open kitchen/living space. Location: White Pie pizza is among the best in Denver and that's walkable, as are One-Fold (amazing brunch), Stoney's Uptown, Dew Drop Inn, La Bouche Wine Bar and more. This building is directly across the street from Watercourse Foods, one of Denver's premier vegan restaurants. It's also close to Revival, which hosts live music and has a terrific soul food menu. Additionally, once you shop at Marczyk's you will find it difficult to shop elsewhere for quality food ingredients! Hopefully you'll never need it, but St. Joseph's hospital and ER are not too far away (this apartment would be great for anyone working at the hospital). The building is professionally managed. It's generally a quiet and respectful building and management is responsive to any issues that arise. Apartment is available June 1, but I (the owner) am flexible on lease start date!
