Location: White Pie pizza is among the best in Denver and that's walkable, as are One-Fold (amazing brunch), Stoney's Uptown, Dew Drop Inn, La Bouche Wine Bar and more. This building is directly across the street from Watercourse Foods, one of Denver's premier vegan restaurants. It's also close to Revival, which hosts live music and has a terrific soul food menu. Additionally, once you shop at Marczyk's you will find it difficult to shop elsewhere for quality food ingredients! Hopefully you'll never need it, but St. Joseph's hospital and ER are not too far away (this apartment would be great for anyone working at the hospital). The building is professionally managed. It's generally a quiet and respectful building and management is responsive to any issues that arise. Apartment is available June 1, but I (the owner) am flexible on lease start date!
