About This Home

6 Month Lease, $3,900 deposit, Available Jul 1

Fully furnished luxury condo in the heart of Denver that includes everything you need to live comfortably, except your clothes and personal items. This is a corner unit with a lot of natural sunlight. You can see from the photos that the space is utilized very well, which makes it feel spacious. There is a concierge at the front desk which will be available for your use when you are renting. There are two dedicated parking spaces, one in a covered garage and one outside. I have a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is in perfect condition (used once or twice per week on average) and would be willing to rent this as well. This will occupy one of the parking spots. Note that in the master bathroom photo I have a cold plunge retrofit. This is great to have if you like those, but I can remove it if you want to use the bathtub normally.

400 E 3rd Ave is a condo located in Denver County and the 80203 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Denver County 1 School District attendance zone.
