*This is a shared apartment* I lease a great two bedroom, 950 sq ft apartment in the Denny/Olive pocket of Capitol Hill. I am looking for a new roommate for the 2nd bedroom, which is fully furnished with its own private, attached bathroom. The room is available on November 11. Two cats live here, but sorry - no more pets. RENTAL TERMS: 1. Monthly rent for the furnished private bedroom and bath is $1,400/month. This includes all utilities, wireless internet, and full communal use of a fully-outfitted kitchen and the living room, including piano and Samsung flat screen smart TV. 2. Move-in cost will be first and last month's rent, plus a $300 refundable damage/cleaning deposit. > A Dec. 1 move in will be $3,100 ($1,400 for Dec + $1,400 last month + $300 deposit). > A November move in will include pro-rated November rent based on number of days. > Last month and security deposit can be split between first two months of lease. 3. Property management requires a tenant background screening ($40) to apply for addition to the lease, but the lease has converted to month-to-month so a rental term commitment between 6 and 12 months is okay. BED AND BATH: - 1 good-sized bedroom, 11' x 12' - Fully furnished with a new, full sized bed, storage cabinet with drawers, fold-out desk/cabinet unit, pretty vintage wool rug, side table, chair, lamps...nice stuff! - Beautiful bay window, overlooking downtown Seattle (the night skyline view is incredible) - Large private bathroom is attached to room, has a walk-in shower and pedestal sink - 1 large storage closet with shelving THE APARTMENT: - NEW piano!!! A studio upright, professional grade, black Schumann has just joined the household. :) - Fabulous city views from all rooms of the apartment - Stylishly furnished shared living spaces - (now with a real piano!) - Pretty, wide-slat wooden blinds all throughout the unit - Neutral grayish/greenish paint, white wood moldings, and wood floors - On the 4th floor, stair access only - Gas fireplace in living room, also main unit heat source - Washer/dryer in unit - Dishwasher, gas stove, microwave - plus my many kitchen toys... um, appliances - Main bath (the one I use) has a gorgeous claw foot tub for luxurious soaks - Plus two gorgeous, long-haired cats live here! (And a good vacuum.) THE BUILDING: - 1903 classic, vintage building, recently renovated and well-maintained - Secured entry with call-box to open front door - **No elevator** - Basement bike storage room - Car parking $125/mo, currently with wait list (street parking is terrible, but I do have a parking pass for Zone 32) LOCATION: - Immensely walkable, close to downtown and South Lake Union (perfect for Amazon) - Bus lines within 1 block: 8, 10, 11, 43, 45, 47, 49, 545 - Microsoft Connector shuttle is two blocks away - Light rail station 10 min. walk away (Capitol Hill/University Station)
