About This Property
PRE-REQUISITES: Proof of Income (3x's the Rent), Credit Reports (Credit Score higher than 720), No Felonies, No Prior Evictions, No Prior Utility Debts or Collections, No Pets Allowed, No Smoking, Proof of income, Background Check and references are required (personal reference plus previous landlord reference). If you meet the above pre-requisites, there is a non-refundable rental application fee of $50 per applicant (payable by cashier check only). Upon approval of rental application, the approved applicants are required to submit the full security deposit of $2500 (payable by cashier check only) and a $250 non-refundable holding fee (to be credited to the approved applicants' first month's rent after move-in) within 24 hours. The lease start date must be within 14-days after approval. This requirement is applicable to all approved applicants, even if they have not seen the inside of the house. We require the approved applicants to execute a 1-year lease agreement and pay the pro-rated or the 1st month's rent, $75 key deposit and $300 cleaning fee (non-refundable) by cashier check upon the signing of the lease agreement.
