Is too much roaches in this area Apartmets

I was living there for about 3 years with a contract,but the owner that is Gabriel never take care of roaches mice and bed bugs,he tried to take care of all this nasty things but is so contaminated that is not a way to eliminate them.next time you decide to move around the block nearby check talk with neighbors and ask they don’t lie.
