Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding the first six. Frisco is one of the most exciting destinations in North Texas, with a blend of big-city amenities and small-town charm. Nearby attractions include Toyota Stadium (10 min drive), The Star (Dallas Cowboys Headquarters) (14 min drive), Stonebriar Centre (14 min drive), and the National Videogame Museum (10 min drive). Dallas attractions include The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza (35 min drive), Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens (40 min drive), Perot Museum of Nature and Science (30 min drive), and The Dallas World Aquarium (30 min drive). Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed in the home to comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties.
