Complimentary starter items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies are provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. Early check-in is available for $89 per service. Covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night. Oversized vehicles may not fit. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors such as building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. No refunds or compensation will be provided for these issues. The building is 100% non-smoking, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. No events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. No guests not in the reservation are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed. Late check-out incurs a $250 fee. Lockouts result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption, with a minimum charge of $500 for the cost of the disruption.
