This remodeled 1983 home offers a comfortable stay close to local restaurants in downtown Buda. The home features dedicated workspaces with office supplies, a fully stocked kitchen with an electric induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, tea kettle, French press, toaster, and blender. Enjoy home-cooked meals with provided cookware and dishes. Both bathrooms offer a modern luxury feel with stocked essentials. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer with detergent. Onsite uncovered parking is available for about 4 cars, and a peaceful large fenced backyard with beautiful trees, an outdoor cabana-style living area with dining seating, a propane grill, a fire pit, and a therapeutic hot tub are available. Dogs are considered with additional cleaning fees depending on the length of stay, and guests pay housekeeping directly for extra cleans. A non-refundable $150 pet fee is due before check-in. Stay close to Downtown Austin in the peaceful neighborhood of Manchaca Meadows. Enjoy proximity to many local restaurants in Buda downtown, allowing you to live like a local. No kids under 5 are allowed inside the hot tub. Kids over 5 years of age should always be supervised by an adult in the hot tub. Elderly, pregnant, or anyone with diabetes, high blood pressure, or heat conditions should consult a doctor before hot tub use. Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. Limit the hot tub temperature to less than 104°F and hot tub usage to 20 minutes. Do not use glass in the hot tub. No jumping, diving, or pets inside the hot tub. Use hot tub at your own risk; we are not liable for any injuries and accidents. Cover the hot tub after each use. Any glass breakage in or around the pool must be reported immediately, and a minimum $300 inspection/cleaning fee will apply, with additional charges possible depending on the extent of cleanup. Guests are responsible for costs if due to negligence. Guests may not leave rental scooters, bikes, or rental vehicles at the property. If any rental scooter, bike, or vehicle is left at the property, the guest will be responsible for the cost of removal, including towing fees for cars or rental vehicles ($100–$200), and a $25 inconvenience fee plus removal costs for rental scooters or bikes. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay. There are large beautiful trees on the property and the surrounding properties.
