It has wood floors, high ceilings, GREAT light, views of the Pelham hills, a private deck, and is immediately adjacent to a conservation trail. Near South East St. and Potwine in South Amherst. Well behaved pets allowed. Features: propane heat, window air conditioner and ceiling fans gas stove brand new dishwasher and refrigerator (3 years old) garbage, water, high speed internet/ WIFI, snow removal included use of a washer/dryer in basement of main house use of backyard and vegetable garden (if interested) private deck private entrance (apartment entrance is separate from main house) full bath two parking spots in driveway and bike parking in garage $1800 month plus utilities (propane and electric- averages 2K per year depending on price of propane) We desire: Dog friendly tenants 1 year lease 1 month's deposit Rental application, credit check, and references There is no fee. The yard is shared with the owners and a small, well-behaved dog. I'm currently scheduling an in-person visit or a Zoom visit on May 16th or 17th. Amherst Town Common is a large green space along North Pleasant Street, an ideal location for a pick-up Frisbee game or relaxing with a favorite novel under an oak tree. This college town has it all including Emily Dickinson’s childhood home, which is now a museum dedicated to the famous poet and her family.
