Includes TWO parking spaces in gated lot on premises. Heated saline lap pool, kept clean and heated; jacuzzi, and charcoal grill on pool patio. Central AC & heat, Wifi, all included in rental price. Beautiful vintage industrial windows, hardwood floors (with some paint splatter here & there), high ceilings, skylight, and wood-burning fireplace. Brand new washer & dryer in walk-in closet (plenty of wardrobe space). Furnished with vintage and modern furniture, queen size memory foam bed. Cook's kitchen with everything you need to dine in (many grocery stores within a few minutes drive). The building is an urban oasis just outside the hubbub of DTLA, with easy access to all parts of LA due to proximity to the 10, 110 and 5 freeways. But even with its convenient location, our neighborhood is generally quiet, and life in the building is peaceful and relaxing. This art-filled home is the live/work loft of a celebrated contemporary artist, and is only available for sublease during her academic fellowship out of town for Fall 2019.
