About This Property
(781) 996-9291 - We are subletting (with management's approval) our beautiful, unfurnished XL 1 bedroom apartment in prime location in downtown New Haven. I got a job in NYC and need to move! Rent: We are paying $1850--but we are asking for $1650 as we have to move ASAP. Our loss is your gain! Utilities included are AC, heat, and water. Electricity is not included. We love our apartment! The building has a doorman and elevator, with bike room and laundry on-site, and our views are INCREDIBLE--TONS OF NATURAL LIGHT! New kitchen appliances, new hardwood floors and lots of closet space. There is a parking garage, and it's a 5 min walk to Yale Med School, Yale Law School, and amazing bars and restaurants. But I have to move. The apartment will be unfurnished, and the floor plan is attached but it is the mirror image (i.e. the kitchen is on the right when you walk in). Thank you! (RLNE5167800) Other Amenities: Unfurnished, Parking, Elevator in Building, Garage, Balcony. Appliances: Dishwasher, Air Conditioning, Refrigerator, Oven, Garbage Disposal, Microwave, Washer & Dryer On-Site. Lease lengths: 8 Months (With possibility of extending lease.). Utilities: Heat Included, Resident Pays Electricity, Gas Included, Water Included, Trash Pick-up Included.

Higher education and a rich history define the area of Downtown New Haven. This neighborhood centers around nine original squares from the 1600s, as well as the collegiate Ivy League institution that is Yale University.
Along with Yale’s campus, much of the community is made up of the New Haven Green and the commercial district. Downtown New Haven’s strong community presence is evident with its many restaurants, entertainment venues, and nightlife – especially on Chapel Street.
As urban as this neighborhood is, it’s also one of the most residential downtowns in the nation. The Shops at Yale is in walking distance of Yale’s Old Campus, and includes a variety of boutiques, salons, and eateries.
Locals enjoy the area’s museums and theaters, like the university’s Art Gallery and Shubert Theater. Students and locals enjoy their Downtown New Haven homes and apartments, which are close by to the train station, Interstate 91, and Interstate 95.
