I'm taking a job out of state and need someone to take over the lease for my Cool Springs/Franklin area apartment. This 1,300 sq ft apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths will be available March 1st through September 1st (you can extend the lease after that if you'd life). The apartment is upgraded with new cabinets and synthetic wood floors in the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms. Fantastic location in a very quiet community - 20 minutes to downtown Nashville, only .8 miles to the Cool Springs mall, 1.2 miles to Nissan's North American offices, less than .6 miles to highway 65, and in the best school district in Williamson County. A one car garage is also included and there is plenty of parking for vehicles right by the building. Parking is never full, which is so nice in an apartment community. The unit is on the second floor of a two-story building so the ceilings are vaulted adding to the open feel. Good size porch/balcony and a wood burning fireplace which not all units here have. The community is also dog-friendly - pet rent is $35 p/m.
