House-trained pets are allowed for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. The 5th and 6th bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. Parking is on the street. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. This home features a garden area, and even though pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees.
