After a long day, take a soak in the jacuzzi tub located in the primary retreat. The garage has been converted into an amazing cinema room to enjoy with friends and family. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you. House-trained pets are allowed for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. The 5th and 6th bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. Parking is on the street. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and a violation will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. This home features a garden area, and even though pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees.
