GENERAL INFO This is one of six 1bed/1bath units in a 24 unit apartment building next to the Jackson Park Golf Course. This unit is on the 4th floor, which has a great view of the area from the deck where one can barbecue. The apartment building has an underground parking garage as well as secure entry. In addition, it is wheel chair accessible and there is more parking next to the golf course fence across the street. The building also contains an elevator which is convenient for unloading groceries using carts that are stored in the garage. The following appliances are included in this unit: Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator w/Freezer. BILLING - $1185-$1210(includes everything) Acquiring this unit would be with the intent that a new 12 month lease would be started. The rent listed is for the unit itself and includes the Water/Sewage/Garbage. Electricity is separate. And depending on your usage could vary from $50-$75 a month. You will need to setup a new Seattle City Light account as a part of your duty to pay the electricity bill. That brings the total to roughly $1185-$1210 a month. FEES - $1580 includes the following: - $45 : Background Check Application Fee - $1135 : First Month's Rent - $400 : Security Deposit(p.s. $200 is refundable) REASON FOR POSTING My intent behind this posting is to get out of the last 3 months of my lease, since I was recently let go from my job. ISSUES The only thing that is truly wrong with the apartment unit is the entry closet where a previous tenant had a cat that was responsible for the stink. I recently made some efforts to clean it myself with little success. The apartment manager Laimis would be able to handle the removal of the smell and the restoration of that closet's carpet.
