This house lies directly across the street from the Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Public Health, the Countway Library and the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. It is one block away from the Massachusetts School of Art, Evans Park, and the Gardner Museum. A half a block further lies the Museum of Fine Arts and the Fenway. The latter is a park with a river, a duck pond, a rose garden, running and bicycling paths, a basketball court for pick-up games, soccer and baseball fields and a running track. There is a Green Line T-stop right across the inbound lane of Huntington Avenue. Parking is available on the street and also behind the house at no extra cost. The unit above the apartment is occupied by congenial tenants, who work as doctors, researchers, or students at schools across the street and hospitals in the Longwood Medical Area. A contractor, Glen Portanova of Glenco Boston is available to make needed repairs. Glen and the tenants are friends. The owners live a block away on Worthington Street. We are always available to solve problems, for instance, to call Glen or supply a key if you have lost yours.
