Across the street from Fresh Pond Recreational Center including a nine hole golf course and beautiful running trail. There's also a tennis court, basketball court, and children's park close-by with shopping at Fresh Pond Shopping center including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Apple cinema and more as well Belmont center just a mile away. Steps from bus to Harvard Square (10-15 mins). From there, you can hop on the RED line train to downtown Boston (additional 15 mins). Easy access to points North and West as well as downtown Boston via Route 2. Alewife Redline T station is just 1.3 miles and is an easy walk (24 minutes) or bike (6 minutes) on the Fitchburg Cutoff Bikepath around the corner from the property. Off street parking in tandem driveway are available for rent Pets - $25 per cat and $75 per dog First months rent due with application.
