Property Ratings at 11 Eleven
Don’t expect to ever have any maintenance request completed, cars get towed for the slightest thing like touching the line with tire. The main office is worthless, they are not of any help. Make sure to move expensive items into home at night so no one will see what you have otherwise they’ll break into your home.
I’ve submitted several service request and nothing was ever done for any of them. Except if I look at my service requests, they all look completed. My showers have very little and sometimes no water pressure. We can take showers sometimes. I have video evidence and photos. Our kitchen sink has that same issue. The faucet head doesn't work.
The biggest issue is management! My car got towed for not having a parking permit even though I was never given one when I first moved in and they could not assist in any way and the people working in the office will brush you off regarding any maintenance issues, etc . The complex is riddled with many problems, including but not limited to roach infestations. Do not recommend!!!
Great location,surrounded by great amenities, Kroger, discount stores, etc., management very helpful, professional, pet issues, maintenance issues, and so forth, good fitness center, good dog park.
Great, quick to get it, awesome place, surely will enjoy my time here.

Do not believe the comments, the place is fine but it does not have security or surveillance cameras, shots are heard at night, things are stolen from the porches, the rent went up a lot and it is not worth it. The only thing worth it is the location. The reception people are rude. Difficult to find parking after 8. If there is something to fix, the girls in the office ignore it, if you want it to be resolved quickly, ask to speak to the manager. People take their dogs out to do the restroom anywhere. There is dog poop everywhere. It is infested with cockroaches even if you clean all the time, they come from I don't know where.
It was great service so I decided to apply and move to the new apartment -Axel Gomez

I have been living here for 2 years now and its a really peaceful area, the staff is awsome and they are willing to fix whatever issue you may have. There are schools nearby so it's great because I have a kid. I would definitely recommend these apartments as a good place to live.
I came in wanting a 2 bedroom for me and my kids and they had it! Asked for my information and deposit and welcomed me very politely. Talia and her staff are very polite and helpful! If anything ask for talia :)
Talia and her staff are really nice and they always have good communication with their residents Talia has a really good outgoing personality and that’s what we love to feel like family and that we at home , I have 2 years leaving here and I don’t regret it they always help and good maintenance service as well .
I have 8 months leaving in this property and my experience been really good , good area with all the shopping areas nearby , Talía and her office staff are really nice good comunicación and ever since I moved in I had specials and they are really nice the apartments from outside and inside upgraded units . They do ruffles and this month I was one of the winners and I was so happy because that helped me a lot .

Alicia has been so helpful from the moment we walked into the office. She’s very patient and has answers all our questions . Along with giving the best customer service experience we’ve had before. She is also just so genuine and friendly not often do people treat others so kindly . Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for us. The people below need to realize a complete renovation doesn’t happen overnight. And of course they are going to raise rent since they are upgrading the complex and units. They looking amazing. Thank you Miss Alicia for your help. We are excited to move into our apartment once it’s done! ...

Iam in love the apartments i was passing by yesterday i stop by i was attended by yolanda and excellent customer service ??
Thus us a good apartment complex really like it but need to find another one by January 2016 cause they are going to build a new one here.
It's a very nice apartment, very cheap for a two bedroom apartment.
