Beacon Hill is within walking distance to many Boston attractions, including the Italian restaurants in the North End, shopping in Back Bay, Mass General Hospital, and the MBTA. Quiet hours are observed after 11 pm. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, with booking cancellation and a $250 fine for noise complaints requiring intervention. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage within the first 4 hours of check-in; otherwise, they may be held responsible for repair and replacement costs. An additional fee of $20 per night will be charged for each guest exceeding the number specified in the booking. A $100 deep clean fee may be charged for excessive mess or trash upon check-out. Guests are asked not to wear shoes in the house and to avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, as clogs requiring a plumber will be at the guest's cost.
