Altmonte is a well manicured, gated community in relatively good shape. The exteriors are sturdy brick but the siding is a dull brown that doesn't enhance the beauty of the property. The amenities are limited to just one pool. The grounds are lush with plenty of shade trees, fruit trees and landscaping that are in great shape. They offer a few seating areas spread out and a place to walk dogs. The interiors are in good shape but the dated fixtures and mismatched appliances diminish the feel. The best part of the interiors are the cabinetry found in the kitchen and bath. Both have high quality material cabinets. Another bonus is every unit has a private patio/balcony with large outside storage complete with a full sized washer/dryer. Also the bedrooms in every floor plan offer double closets.
10925 Beamer Rd is a condo located in Harris County and the 77089 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Pasadena Independent attendance zone.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
